The cross-section of men and women who work at McKenna Long & Aldridge (MLA) represent our firm's most valuable resource, with each person contributing to our unique and dynamic environment.
Diversity at MLA fosters a collegial atmosphere where ideas flow freely and where respect for those ideas is the norm. Discovering our own strengths and the diverse strengths of those with whom we work allows us to build stronger and more productive working relationships, which benefits both our firm and the clients we serve. Thus, we strive to create an environment of inclusiveness for all attorneys and staff.
In addition to internal measures and initiatives, the firm maintains recruiting and outreach relationships with key universities and student/professional organizations, and our people often serve as panelists, authors and keynote speakers on diversity.
The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) is comprised of corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners devoted to advancing diversity in the legal profession. LCLD members believe that it is imperative to hire, engage, retain and promote the best talent, which includes diverse talent, for the legal profession to prosper.
MLA Chairman Jeff Haidet is proud to be a member of LCLD.
