PROFILE
Lino Lipinsky de Orlov represents corporate clients, including those with Fortune 500 pedigrees, in all aspects of commercial litigation, mediation and arbitration. Lino has litigated cases in state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, U.S. Bankruptcy Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals. He has developed particular experience in real estate and other complex business cases, particularly those involving technology agreements, creditor's rights and employment disputes. In addition to handling state and federal litigation, Lino counsels clients and writes on legal issues arising from technology. He is a leader of McKenna Long & Aldridge's Technology practice group and was actively involved in the firm's Year 2000 Task Force.
A former member of the New York University Law Review, Lino practices in both Colorado and Washington, DC, where his wife, Diana DeGette, serves as a member of the United States House of Representatives for the First Congressional District of Colorado.
Lino has been recognized as a “Colorado Super Lawyer” by the publishers of Law and Politics.
