Teddy Lee – Executive Secretary, State Ethics Commission – Mr. Lee oversees the commission that enforces the laws under its jurisdiction through discreet investigative proceedings and open hearings. Enforcement powers include, but are not limited to, assessment of civil penalties and administrative costs, ordering of remedial actions, suspension or revocation of lobbyist registration privileges, and where necessary reporting of suspected violations of law to the appropriate law enforcement authority.

Stefan Passantino – Partner, McKenna Long & AldridgeStefan represents political figures, companies and other entities with respect to election law, campaign finance and ethics issues. Some of his clients include former and current Speakers of the United States House of Representatives, Newt Gingrich and Dennis Hastert, respectively, as well as JC Watts, former Representative to the United States House of Representatives from Oklahomaand elected officials from Georgia.
