Global Chemical Regulation: TSCA and its International Counterparts

This course takes an in-depth look at TSCA laws and regulations that govern the manufacture, importation, distribution, and use of chemicals in the U.S., including Premanufacture Notification (PMN), Significant New Use Rules (SNURs), Section 8(e) reporting, and the Inventory Update Rule.
