Randy Evans, a frequent lecturer and author on the subjects of professional liability and ethics, government ethics and politics, will discuss ethics. Dr. James Rasicot is a professional trial consultant from Minneapolis, Minnesota, who will address such topics as understanding the needs of a jury, reviewing cases for problem areas, understanding personality types and criteria to use when striking jurors.
