Randy Evans and David Balser will be included among the featured presenters at the "Professionalism and Ethics Update" on March 18, 2005. Randy will present "Risk Management: Practical Malpractice Prevention" while David will present "Professionalism for Attorneys Practicing in the Electronics Age of Lawyering."
Randy Evans is a partner with McKenna Long & Aldridge who focuses his practice on public policy and regulatory affairs and campaign and election law. David Balser represents publicly traded and privately held businesses and individuals in trials, arbitrations and appeals in complex business litigation matters throughout the United States.
