Attorney(s) Speaking
Josh Hochberg, a partner with McKenna Long & Aldridge, will be on the program faculty for the American Bar Association's National Institute on Securities Fraud. He will be moderating a panel at 3:45 p.m. on September 28 entitled: "Subpoenas and Discovery." This panel of prosecutors, regulators and defense lawyers will discuss the task of complying with subpoenas and other discovery requests.
