Josh Hochberg, a partner with McKenna Long & Aldridge, will be on two panels at the National Health Care Anti-Fraud Association Institute of Health Care Fraud Prevention conference "Legal Issues in Health Care Fraud." He will be participating in a panel at 4:00 p.m. on September 6 entitled: "DOJ Panel: What You Want to See When Accepting a Case" and a panel at 10:00 a.m. on September 7 entitled: "The Next Step: What Should Happen After a Case Has Been Accepted."
