R. Todd Silliman will be featured as the Keynote Speaker at the upcoming "Georgia Wetlands" Conference being held on February 15-16 at the Sheraton Midtown in Atlanta, Georgia. Todd will give a special presentation on "Statewide Water Plan and Tri-State Water Litigation" on February 15th.
