Brussels office corporate attorneys Rich Willis and Tony Balloon will be featured panelists in the upcoming "Lawyering in the International Market" seminar, which takes place in Canada during the first week of April. Rich and Tony will be part of the panel focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions and will discuss "Cross-Border Mergers & Acquisitions: Commonly Encountered Challenges and Solutions." The seminar is one in a series conducted by the Vienna-based Center for International Legal Studies and features panelists and participants representing more than fourteen countries from a cross-section of Europe, Asia and North America.
