Bob Schuda will present an update on issues regarding the development of Total Maximum Daily Loads for impaired water bodies under the Clean Water Act in California. The Marina Recreation Association is an association of marina owners, operators, equipment and service suppliers, financiers, and developers throughout the Western States, Baja California and Hawaii. Its mission is to provide a united voice in representing the interests of the boating industry, and to help educate and inform in all areas of recreational boating. Bob has been a member since 2005 and this will be his third speaking engagement with the organization.
