MLA Partner to Speak at Bioterrorism Conference

Bioterrorism: Threats and Responses for the Drug, Medical Device and Biologics Industries Focusing on Policy, Law, Regulation and Enforcement

Frank Rapoport, partner with McKenna Long & Aldridge, will participate as a featured panelist at the bioterrorism conference, Bioterrorism: Threats and Responses for the Drug, Medical Device and Biologics Industries Focusing on Policy, Law, Regulation and Enforcement. The conference takes place on September 29 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Westin Grand Hotel in Washington, DC.

Co-sponsored by the Food and Drug Law Institute, the ABA Business Law Section and the Committee on Food and Drug and Cosmetic Law, the conference will focus on policy, law, regulation and enforcement issues surrounding bioterrorism. Four major sessions will address the threat, the response, the responsbility and the opportunity for those involved in all facts of the development, testing and marketing of prescription products.
