The attorneys of McKenna Long & Aldridge and the technical experts of TSGE are pleased to offer a full-day program designed to address many of these uncertainties, particularly as they relate to U.S. companies doing business in the European Union. The program will focus on many of the issues that companies must address and resolve as they prepare for REACH pre-registration and registration.

2nd Annual The Fundamentals of Pesticide Regulation: FIFRA, FFDCA and Proposition 65
November 6-7, 2007
You need to know the basics, whether your company sells agricultural or specialty pesticides. The sponsors have collaborated and carefully designed and updated a course that will teach you what is important and how three laws – FIFRA, FFDCA and Proposition 65 – regulate pesticides, from their research and development through cancellation and suspension, so you can focus on what’s important: getting products on the market, expanding their market and keeping them there. The course will feature real life examples of practical regulatory issues.

REACH Planning and Implementation During the Pre-Registration Window
A Detailed Examination of How American Businesses Can Meet Their Regulatory Obligations and Business Challenges
December 12, 2007
The final adoption of REACH in December 2006 and its entry into force in June 2007 provided a level of certainty with respect to many of the obligations that must be met by companies under REACH. At the same time, however, considerable uncertainty remains across a broad range of REACH business planning and implementation issues.
