PROFILE
Jessica H. Mayes is an associate in the Real Estate Finance and Development group. Her practice primarily focuses on real estate development involving a broad range of commercial properties. Jessica has significant experience in real estate matters involving the healthcare industry (including the assemblage, development and leasing of hospitals and medical office buildings), military housing privatization projects, and restaurant and retail development. In addition, she has represented institutional lenders in complex secured lending transactions.
Jessica received a Bachelor of Science in environmental science from the University of Florida, and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She is a member of Order of the Coif.
