PROFILE
Dara Mann is a Partner in the Atlanta office of McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP. She is a member of the Litigation Team, where she practices product liability litigation with a focus on toxic tort, environmental and commercial litigation. She manages chemical litigation involving products such as pesticides, benzene, dioxin, and vinyl chloride, as well as general product liability litigation involving automobiles, airplanes, machinery and agricultural products. She is also experienced in mass tort and consumer fraud actions involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and tobacco products, among others.
Dara has functioned as national counsel for various Fortune 100 corporations. Representative clients include Cargill Incorporated, DuPont, BASF, Syngenta Crop Protection, Inc. and Syngenta Seeds, Inc. Dara has litigated cases venued in federal and state courts throughout the country including Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas and West Virginia.
