As a public policy practitioner, Greenwood assists clients on various legislative and regulatory matters including energy, environment and diverse cross-border issues in the U.S. and Canada. Greenwood is in expert in Canada/U.S. policy matters and also serves as the Executive Director of the Canadian-American Business Council.
Before joining MLA, Greenwood served in the Clinton Administration as a senior official in the U.S. Embassy in Ottawa. Prior to that service, Greenwood led the city of Atlanta’s state and federal legislative outreach.
