McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP Advises Morpheus Media in its Sale to CREATETHE GROUP
WASHINGTON, DC (June 28, 2011) — McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP (MLA) announced this week that it advised client Morpheus Media in its sale to CREATETHE GROUP, a New York-based company that provides innovative and emotional campaigns, communications platforms and commerce solutions. The transaction closed on June 20, 2011.
Morpheus Media, which was founded in 2001 and has more than 100 employees, is a digital strategy and media agency providing marketing solutions to the world’s top luxury brands and Fortune 500 companies.
