McKenna Long & Aldridge: Henry Schweiter joins the government contracts practice as partner in the firm's Washington office. He most recently served on the congressionally chartered Commission on the National Guard and Reserves as senior counsel and as senior legal advisor in the consulting division of McNeil Technologies Inc., a professional services company that contracts with the U.S. government.
