McKenna Long & Aldridge Advises River Capital in Connection with the Sale of its Portfolio Company, Tronair, Inc.

March 5, 2008 (Atlanta, GA)- McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP, a leading international law firm, announced today that it advised River Capital in connection with the sale of Tronair, Inc., one of its portfolio companies, to a financial buyer.  The transaction closed on February 29, 2008.

The legal advisory team was led by McKenna Long & Aldridge partner Wayne Bradley and included partner Joseph Blanco and associate Amanda Leech.

Tronair designs, engineers and manufactures well-recognized brand name ground support equipment for the business, commuter and commercial aviation markets.  The company maintains a diverse product line to serve both domestic and international companies and is one of the largest ground support equipment manufacturers.
