Litigation Partner Joins McKenna Long & Aldridge In Atlanta

May 27, 2008 - (Atlanta, GA) - McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP (MLA) is pleased to announce that Dara D. Mann has joined the Firm’s Atlanta office as a partner in the Litigation practice group, May 15, 2008.  Mann practices product liability litigation with a focus on toxic tort, environmental and commercial litigation.

“We are very excited to have Dara join our team at McKenna Long & Aldridge,” said Tami Azorsky, Co-chair of the Litigation practice.  “She brings a great deal of experience and talent to our national product liability and toxic tort team.”

Mann manages chemical litigation involving products such as pesticides, benzene, dioxin, and vinyl chloride, as well as general product liability litigation involving automobiles, airplanes, machinery and agricultural products.   She is also experienced in mass tort and consumer fraud actions involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and tobacco products, among others.

Mann received her J.D. from Emory University and her B.A., with honors from Agnes Scott College.  She is a member of the Product Liability Advisory Council (PLAC) and the Defense Research Institute (DRI).
