McKenna Long & Aldridge Announces Successful Recapitalization For Client

July 14, 2008 - (Atlanta, GA) - McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP (MLA) is pleased to announce that its client  i2S, Inc. (“Ideas to Solutions”) recently completed a successful management buy-out transaction, including the redemption of the company’s majority equity holder, Grosvenor Special Ventures IV, L.P., a venture capital fund sponsored by The Grosvenor Funds.  MLA represented i2S, Inc. in its negotiations with Grosvenor, as well as with respect to obtaining the new financing utilized to fund the transaction, which included a senior bank loan provided by Citizens Bank and mezzanine capital provided by Parkway Capital Investors, LLC.  The transactions closed June 6, 2008.   Aronson Capital Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to i2S, Inc. in the transactions.
