Tom Lemmer, a partner based in the firm's Denver office, will join representatives from PricewaterhouseCoopers and SAIC to speak at the breakfast briefing, "Sarbanes Oxley, Internal Controls and the Government Contractor."
The session will focus on issues Federal contractors face as they implement the internal control requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Mr. Lemmer heads McKenna Long & Aldridge's procurement contracts practice in the Denver office, which includes federal, state and local government and commercial contracting. He also counsels businesses regarding contract formation, contract administration and dispute resolution relating to agreements between commercial entities and government.
The breakfast briefing, presented by PricewaterhouseCoopers, will take place March 3, 2005 at the Irvine Marriott in Irvine, California. Registration and a continental breakfast begin at 7:30 a.m. with the main program beginning at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 11:00 a.m.
