Wayne Bradley Joins McKenna Long & Aldridge

Bradley’s Experience Enhances the Firm’s National Corporate Practice

July 12, 2007 (Atlanta, GA) - Wayne N. Bradley has joined McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP as a partner in the firm’s Atlanta office.  As a member of McKenna’s Corporate group, Bradley will focus his practice on advising businesses in such strategic matters as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, private equity transactions, and internal investigations. He will also advise on corporate finance and commercial lending matters.  Additionally, Bradley has extensive cross-border experience advising non-U.S. companies in connection with their U.S. operations and transactions.

Bradley has led several notable transactions recently which have included Habasit AG’s acquisition of Summa Industries; Hoshizaki America Inc’s acquisition of Lancer Corporation; InterContinentialExchange’s acquisition of ChemConnect; and the sale of Affinity Logistics to Arcapita.

Bradley currently serves as Secretary and a Director of the Association for Corporate Growth (Atlanta Chapter), is a member of the Board of Advisors of the Cox Family Enterprise Center, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Thione International, Inc.  He was previously a partner with Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP.
