McKenna Long & Aldridge Advises Career Sports & Entertainment on Acquisition of TV Production House: JM Associates

Popular Programs include ESPN’s The Fishin’ Hole

September 5, 2007 (Atlanta, GA) -- McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP has advised Career Sports & Entertainment, Inc. on the acquisition of JM Associates, Inc., a leading producer of outdoor television programs for ESPN, including The Fishin’ Hole, which is second only to Sportscenter as the longest running series on ESPN.  The transaction closed August 24.

McKenna Long & Aldridge attorneys Ann-Marie McGaughey and Clayton Coley advised Career Sports on the acquisition.
