PROFILE
David Howell’s practice centers around commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, David worked as a research assistant at the University of Denver College of Law conducting legal research on intellectual property, corporate transactions, antitrust, and privacy. He also assisted in updating and revising a text book on internet and computer law. While working on his bachelor of science in computer science, David researched and developed complex software applications, including simulations that test the efficiency of collision detection algorithms and software programs that assimilate and processes satellite data for large-scale weather pattern prediction. David applies his diverse background in technology to resolve both substantive and procedural legal issues.
