PROFILE
Jennifer Morrison is a member of the Government Contracts practice in the Washington, DC office. Her practice focuses on all aspects of government contracts, including bid protests and teaming agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer was a government contracts associate at a Washington, DC based law firm. While there, she drafted teaming, subcontract and joint venture agreements, advised clients on team structuring and SBA contracting programs, and defended protests before the U.S. GAO and U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Previously, Jennifer was an associate in a boutique government contracts and federal litigation firm, and focused her practice on bid protests.
Jennifer graduated from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where she was a member of the moot court. In 1999, she participated in an international business and trade summer law program with the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, Poland. She earned a B.A. in international politics from Towson University.
