PROFILE
Charlene McGinty concentrates her practice in health care law. She represents providers, health care facilities, and other related entities on a variety of matters in the areas of federal and state regulation (including Medicare, Medicaid, and private payor reimbursement issues), mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, health care facility operations, health service delivery, professional services contracts, managed care arrangements, structuring of business ventures, and tax exemption issues.
Charlene has written articles and spoken at seminars for American Health Lawyers Association, Georgia Academy of Healthcare Attorneys and the Health Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia on topics affecting facilities and practitioners such as Stark and self-referral laws, fraud and abuse, compliance issues and governance issues.
