PROFILE

Heather concentrates her practice on real estate finance. Her primary focus is on the representation of institutional lenders in a variety of secured and unsecured lending transactions.

She has represented various condominium associations in connection with loans secured by assessments.  She has conducted due diligence in connection with loan closings, purchase and sale transactions and the work out of problem loans and is experienced in negotiating loan documentation and drafting loan opinions.

Additionally, Heather has broad expertise in a wide range of development related documents including easements, development agreements, indemnification agreements, option agreements and site access agreements, leases, and various organizational documents, including bylaws, partnership agreements and operating agreements.
