Josh Burnette is an associate in the corporate practice.  Josh’s practice includes representing companies in a wide variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts and commercial lending.

During law school, Josh received several honors including membership on the Mercer Law Review's Editorial Board where he served as Book Editor for the Annual Survey of Georgia Law.
