Jason Grinnell focuses his practice on real estate and finance.  He has extensive experience negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, real estate loan documents and leases for commercial office, hotel, and industrial properties.  Jason also represents financial institutions in connection with commercial real estate loan transactions, including construction, permanent and mezzanine financing.  He negotiates commercial retail leases on behalf of both developers and tenants and assists companies in connection with the financing and development of commercial retail and mixed use projects.
