PROFILE
Mary’s practice covers a wide variety of litigation areas. She has experience working on complex toxic tort, employment law, asbestos litigation, personal injury, construction defect and environmental cases.
Her trial experience includes serving as second-chair in five complex toxic tort trials. Two cases were tried to verdict both resulting in defense verdicts for her clients.
Mary graduated Cum Laude from Southwestern University School of Law. She was the Associate Editor of the Southwestern Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Honors Board. She is the author of In re Marriage of Bonds, 30 SW. U L. Rev 657 (2001).
