Natalie Nuttall is a senior associate in the San Francisco office of McKenna Long & Aldridge. Her practice is concentrated in product liability and toxic tort litigation.
Natalie has represented Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies in product liability and premises liability asbestos actions in both Northern and Southern California. She has actively participated in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice and trial. She has extensive experience in taking and defending the depositions of experts and corporate witnesses, and has expertise in the medial and scientific areas of toxic tort matters. She has obtained pre-trial victories through her dispositive motion practice, and has led defense efforts in challenging improper discovery practices by plaintiffs.
