Ann Murray focuses her practice on the design and administration of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, IRS and DOL compliance matters, merger and acquisition issues, welfare benefits and executive compensation. Ann has served as benefits counsel for many public and private companies, tax-exempt entities, multiemployer plans, and insurers and administrators in providing and developing services for employee benefit plans. She previously served as in-house counsel for a publicly-traded company, giving her a unique insight into the day-to-day administration and implementation issues faced by employers. Ann also assists clients with miscellaneous tax issues such as state and federal payroll and ticket excise taxes.
