PROFILE
Frank Berfield is Of Counsel in the San Francisco office where his focus is product liability, general liability and toxic torts.
Over the years, he has defended dozens of cases on behalf of some of the nations leading corporations. He has acted as trial counsel for clients involved in a wide variety of claims ranging from premises liability arising out of a gang shoot out to cancers arising out of exposures to asbestos. In his early career, Frank was an assistant county public defender with major felony trial experience. He has been lead trial counsel in almost 50 cases to verdict.
