PROFILE
Tom Hall focuses his practice on restructurings, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. He represents financial institutions, investment banks and other major creditors in all facets of problem debt resolution. Additionally, he represents both sellers and purchasers in debt portfolio transactions. Tom also counsels investment groups and asset management companies in the management and liquidation of problem debt portfolios.
For four years, Tom was on the faculty at the University of Hawaii, where he taught Law and Economics, Price Theory, Industrial Organization, Antitrust Law and Monetary Theory.
Tom has published articles in several professional journals, including The Journal of Law and Economics, Emory Law Journal, The Supreme Court Economic Review and The George Washington Law Review.
