PROFILE
Jean-Paul Menard has had over 20 years of complex civil litigation experience at the trial and appellate levels involving an exceptionally broad range of matters, including commercial contract and real property disputes, business torts, unfair competition and trade secret claims, copyright and trademark infringement claims, False Claims Act matters and environmental cases.
Jean-Paul has represented clients in various industries including manufacturers and distributors of food, fertilizer, pesticide, canning, roofing, computer, entertainment and communication products, automobiles and automobile parts, giftware items and display exhibits. Jean-Paul has also represented real estate developers, and numerous service providers.
Based upon his breadth of experience, a significant aspect of Jean-Paul's defense practice is to provide counseling to his corporate and individual clients to minimize exposure to costly and unnecessary litigation.
