PROFILE
Farah Nicol specializes in product liability, toxic tort, asbestos, environmental, contract and other general liability issues confronting businesses. She frequently handles cases involving occupational and workplace exposure, as well as residential mold and fungus contamination cases and has developed significant expertise defending toxic tort claims of exposure to pesticides, chemicals, asbestos and mold/fungus.
Farah is lead attorney for all of Dow AgroSciences' toxic tort and property damage pesticide litigation in Southern California. She is California counsel for Skyline Corporation, handling a vast array of product liability cases. She is national counsel for a small manufacturer overseeing their asbestos litigation. Farah was also the co-chair of a successful environmental damage cost recovery trial on behalf of Bank of America.
Farah is the Department Head for the Toxic Tort practice group in the Los Angeles Office, where she supervises approximately 20 lawyers and 10 paralegals in the group.
