PROFILE

Sandra Wick Mulvany is a senior litigation associate in the Denver office of McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP, where she focuses her practice on commercial and government contracts litigation.  Sandra has litigated cases in state and federal trial courts, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the Boards of Contract Appeals, as well as in arbitration.  She has represented clients in breach of contract actions, including terminations for convenience and equitable adjustment claims, international disputes, business tort disputes, and technology litigation.  

In addition to her litigation practice, Sandra counsels corporate and non-profit clients regarding various contract issues, including licensing and technology agreements.  Sandra is also active in pro bono representation of clients both in litigation and counseling matters. 

Before joining MLA, Sandra was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Alex J. Martinez, Justice, Colorado Supreme Court.

Sandra is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she served as a Notes and Comments Editor on the Connecticut Journal of International Law. In addition, she interned for the Honorable Dominic J. Squatrito, Judge, U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, and for Ronald Gold, Senior Assistant Public Defender, Capital Defense Unit, State of Connecticut Division of Public Defender Services.
