PROFILE
Mike Boorman is a partner in the Tort and Product Liability Department, where he represents foreign and domestic companies in high exposure commercial, product liability, toxic tort and personal injury cases across the country. Mike has represented a wide range of clients including product manufacturers, textile manufacturers, trucking companies, construction companies, hospitals, physicians, telecommunications companies, and insurance companies.
Mike has briefed and argued dozens of motions both state and federal courts and has served as lead counsel and second chair at several trials. He has successfully obtained defense verdicts as lead trial counsel in insurance bad faith and automotive collision cases. He has also obtained a defense verdict as second chair in an automotive ejection case. In addition, Mike has particular expertise in emerging admissibility issues associated with other incidents and statistical evidence.
