David Brown focuses on corporate law with emphasis on federal securities law practice, public company representation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate finance.

David has represented clients in varying fields/industries including: utilities, biotechnology, transportation, securities, broker-dealer and public finance.

During law school, David clerked for The Honorable P. Harris Hines of the Supreme Court of Georgia and interned with the Atlanta district office of the Securities and Exchange Commission. He also served as assistant legislation editor of the Georgia State University Law Review and was a recipient of the Outer Barristers Award.

Prior to law school, David worked as a Supervisory Review Principal with a national investment firm.
