PROFILE

Charles Zink practices in the area of tax, primarily focusing on federal and state income taxes with an emphasis on corporations, partnerships and joint ventures, real estate matters, mergers and acquisitions and controversy resolution. He has substantial tax litigation experience with appearances in courts at every state and federal level, including the U.S. Supreme Court.

Charles lectures on various tax subjects at seminars and conferences and has been on the faculty of the Atlanta College of Trial Advocacy, a National Institute of Trial Advocacy program.

Atlanta Magazine has recognized Charles as a "Georgia Super Lawyer" in 2004 and 2006 in the Tax category.
