Bill Stevens works primarily in the area of advising and representing the interests of clients lending money secured by real estate projects and of clients purchasing completed projects, whether entirely for their own account or through joint ventures with others. Bill also advises clients on creating mortgage lending conduits and preparing standard form lending and securitization documents for use by such lending operations.
