PROFILE
Christine Frey focuses on mergers and acquisitions, privatization, corporate counseling, private equity transactions, domestic and international joint ventures and strategic alliances. Christine's practice also includes representing a wide variety of clients on electronic commerce and technology matters.
In addition, Christine is active in charitable activities and served as fundraiser co-chair for The Associates' Campaign for Legal Services. Christine also served as primary staffer and community contact for the Governor's Community Green Space Advisory Committee for Democratic Governor Roy Barnes who held office from 1999 - 2002. From the time of the election of Republican Governor Sonny Perdue until his inauguration in January of 2003, Christine served as advisor to the Governor-elect's transition and campaign committee.
