PROFILE

Camille Fong is a litigator who has personally handled products liability, personal injury, toxic torts, professional malpractice, aviation and trucking, and general liability disputes. She has tried professional malpractice and premises liability cases to verdict, and has prepared and argued a number of appeals.

Before joining MLA, Camille was the assistant regional litigation manager for a Fortune 500 company, where she supervised the trial, appeal and settlements of more than 8,000 cases in seven states, Canada and Guam. She previously managed local and regional litigation of commercial, real estate, premises liability and personal injury cases arising out of bank closures in five states during her tenure as a staff attorney for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Camille brings this unique combination of experience in litigation and multi-jurisdictional litigation management to MLA, and currently coordinates the defense of over 1,500 cases pending in the San Francisco Bay Area courts, where MLA represents defendants who are manufacturers, distributors or suppliers of products allegedly containing asbestos, and defendants who operated facilities where asbestos-containing products allegedly were used.  In 2005, Camille was honored as a Northern California Super Lawyer
