PROFILE

Petrina Hall concentrates her practice on commercial disputes and government and public policy litigation.  Petrina handles cases involving contract disputes and business torts, telecommunications litigation, consumer fraud class actions, and governmental disputes.

During law school, she was inducted into the Moot Court Honor Society and was recognized with numerous awards and scholarships including the Earl Warren Legal Education Scholarship; Finalist in First Year Oral Argument Competition; Honors in the Litigation Practicum; and the “Best Oral Advocate” Award given by the William McGee National Civil Rights Moot Court Competition.  Petrina was also chosen as one of four students from the GSU College of Law to participate in the Georgia Law School Consortium Fellowship Program

In addition, Petrina is the founder and President of the Board of Directors of the Legacy Scholarship Foundation, Inc., which she created for the benefit of high school students graduating from her alma mater. She has also served in the Big Sister mentoring program.

Petrina co-authored with Partner Gary Marsh “The Many Facets of Directors’ Fiduciary Duties,” published in the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal.
