PROFILE
Paul Lannus represents clients on both the local and national level in all phases of toxic tort and products liability litigation. His representative matters include asbestos, silica, chemical exposure, clean room, mold, and groundwater contamination litigation.
Paul's experience includes the examination of lay and expert witnesses, law and motion practice, oral arguments at court hearings, settlement conferences and negotiations, mediations, and trial preparation. In addition, he has training in drafting licensing, non-disclosure and sales agreements. Paul specializes in defending landowners in premises liability actions.
Paul received his J.D., from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and his B.A from San Jose State University. He is a graduate of the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy (2004) and served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable James Ware, United States District Court, Northern District of California in 1995. Prior to practicing law, Paul worked for a national entertainment company as a logistics manager.
