PROFILE
Andrea Chang is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group in McKenna Long & Aldridge's Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on commercial and residential acquisitions, leasing, development, real estate finance, and all other real estate related matters.
Andrea has served as lead counsel on more than 30 retail and ground leases throughout Southern California in the past year. She represents lenders in land acquisitions, construction financing, and conduit mortgage loans. Andrea also represents loan servicers in securitized mortgage assumptions. She has also served as lead counsel in acquisitions, including the purchase and sale of 26.4 acres of mixed use real property.
Andrea received her J.D. from the University of Southern California School of Law in 2004 and was a member of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal. She received her B.A. from the University of California Los Angeles in 2001.
