PROFILE

Stephanie Lasker is a member of the real estate development practice in the Los Angeles office.  Her practice focuses on all aspects of real estate development and finance.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie practiced general real estate law with a focus on affordable housing issues at an international law firm.  While there, she represented affordable housing developers (both for profit and nonprofit) and investors in commercial, mixed use and residential developments.  Stephanie has provided legal representation in negotiating and documenting the acquisition, development, syndication, finance, refinance and sale of affordable housing and other real estate projects. 

Stephanie graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law where she was the managing editor of the UCLA Law Review and the grants co-chair of the Public Interest Law Fund. While in law school, she participated in El Centro Legal, a public interest clinic dedicated to helping homeless teenagers.  She earned a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of California at Los Angeles.
