The Firm’s Insurance and Financial Services Group represents national and international insurers in complex insurance and reinsurance matters across the country. Group attorneys have substantial experience in virtually every line of insurance and every type of claim, including D&O claims, professional malpractice claims (accountants, attorneys, financial planners, insurance brokers, real estate professionals and others), employment practices claims, environmental claims, and construction defect claims. The Group also monitors and reports on insurance bordereaux and large liability claims that may involve excess liability policies.
