CALIFORNIA'S RIGID PLASTIC PACKAGING CONTAINER LAW: DESCRIPTION

McKenna Long & Aldridge routinely assists clients in understanding and complying with California’s Rigid Plastic Packaging Container Law (“RPPC Law”), California Public Resources Code sections 42300, et seq., as well as the implementing regulations administered by the California Integrated Waste Management Board (“CIWMB”).  Our extensive knowledge of the RPPC Law enables us to guide clients in ensuring compliance and avoiding enforcement actions.  The firm represents manufacturers, distributors and retailers affected by the RPPC Law.  Services provided by McKenna Long & Aldridge include:
